This portfolio showcases a range of academic exercises completed as part of the
Guidance and Counselling program. The exercises cover various research methods,
counseling techniques, and tools such as genograms and exploration of human life
span development. The portfolio highlights the application of theoretical knowledge
to practical situations, emphasizing the importance of evidence-based practice in the
field of counseling psychology. The exercises in this portfolio illustrate the
