The study population was made of 316 and 262 making a total of 578 students in the Department of Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the Accra and Kumasi institutions respectively. A samples size of 25% was randomly selected from the total populations of the two study institutions. A total number of 145 questionnaires were distributed and 123 completed questionnaires were received making a response rate of 84.82%.
