Results revealed that there was statistically significant negative relationship between gender discrimination and employees’ performance, ethnic discrimination and employees’ performance and religion discrimination and employees’ performance. It was found that there was no significant relationship between age discrimination and employees’ performance. It was recommended that Managers should enact workplace policy to reduce discrimination and such policy should be reviewed frequently to ensure that its effectiveness is maintained en_US
